Montreal, July 28, 2023 - CAD Railway Industries Ltd., a Transit Vehicle Manufacturer (“TVM”) is planning to remanufacture passenger railcars in NY State, is seeking DBEs certified under 49 CFR Part 26 and SBEs meeting SBA standards to submit technical and commercial proposals to us for materials and services we may require to remanufacture passenger railcars and locomotives.
In accordance with 49 CFR Part 26 Participation by DBEs in DOT Financial Programs, Cad Railway Industries Ltd.’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (“DBE”) goal for Fiscal year 2024 is 7.42%.
